All the disputes pertaining to public charitable trusts and religious institutions come within the purview of the charity commissioner in whose jurisdiction the said trust is situated for the purpose of the adjudication of such disputes.

Thus the charity commissioner acts as a quasi judicial authority and we represent our clients before the respective charity commissioner.
