We protect your financial interests before DRT — from notice to final verdict.

The Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT)

The Debts Recovery Tribunal (DRT) is established for expeditious adjudication and recovery of debts due to banks and financial institutions.

The proceedings of DRT are governed by recovery of debt and bankruptcy act (RDB Act), 1993 and Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interests Act (SARFAESI Act), 2002.

At every stage of SARFAESI, Sheth Advocates, we assist our clients to make sure that assets at all stages are protected and also makes sure that no undue financial burden is levied upon our client.

Further the lawyers of our firm also represent our client before the DRT right from the stage where the notice is issued by the lender to the borrower and in all the subsequent proceedings.
