The State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission is a quasi judicial body that entertains consumer disputes where the value of goods or services exceeds Rs.20 Lakhs but does not exceed Rs. 1 Crore.

It also entertains the appeal against any District Consumer Forum within the state.
